Joseph's Shoes was founded by Joseph Vanderloop in 1971 with the opening of the first store in Kaukauna, Wisconsin, eleven years later in 1982 the Appleton store opened.Perry and Jill VanderLoop purchased the business in January 2005 from Joseph, Perry's father. It's probably obvious where the name of the store came from. Our business philosophy is simple, it is the golden rule (Matthew 7:12). Treat people the way you want them to treat you.
We try to give the best service we can. The focus on our family owned business is to emphasis high-quality merchandise, to have the best and most comfortable shoes in the world and to take care of our customers with a tradition of expert and friendly service in a relaxed atmosphere.
